1- Daily communication with local players -buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, associations and cities/towns.

2- Quarterly local market surveys –including ownership, rent and availability.

3- New England Commercial Property Exchange (NECPE). NECPE is the leading commercial MLS of northern New England, and provides local and regional data and market exposure.

4- Regular communication with regional and national investor, developer, and tenant relationships – including many with ties to the Upper Valley.

5- LoopNet and CoStar. These services are the largest and most trafficked commercial real estate marketplace and data providers in the U.S. LoopNet and CoStar allow BCR to provide best in class regional and national data and market exposure.

6- BCR’s Virtual Deal Rooms. Investment Sales assignments typically require a large exchange of sensitive information, frequently updated during the due diligence process. Our Virtual Deal Rooms provide an efficient and secure means to manage and share this information to registered participants.
